The Small and Medium Enterprise Administration (SMEA) understands that SMEs are facing digital transformation and business succession challenges in recent years. Accelerating the establishment of corporate succession and digital transformation concepts,
deepening the leadership knowledge of digital management talent, and fostering an entrepreneurial spirit to meet the needs of upgrading and transformation have become a key to success for enhancing the competitiveness of Taiwan's SMEs.
To assist SMEs in responding to digital technology trends,
the SMEA established the "NexTech Academy" with the goal of promoting SME digital transformation.
The academy provides customized resources required for corporate digital applications, and promotes digital courses, community learning, and consulting, to make tacit knowledge explicit and digital.
It also fosters the development of digital leadership capabilities for business successors and their teams. Based on a company's readiness, it offers two program options,
helping companies accumulate transformation energy and enhance their competitive advantage. 📌 Advisory Collaboration | Implementing Smart Factory Management Services

Our company is honored to have been selected and to have received this government grant. Gau Sheng Precision Electromechanical Co., Ltd., a company specializing in digital management solutions for machinery factories, is providing advisory assistance to Tian Rong Machinery in implementing the "Mechalogix CPC Industry 4.0 Smart Cutting Cloud Technology Service" to enhance factory operational transparency and production efficiency.
Through this system, we expect to strengthen information integration, utilization rate tracking, and intelligent process management on the production floor.
