On January 4, 2022, **GuoKai Steel was honored with a Letter of Appreciation from the NTU College of Management**,
sincerely thanking the College for the opportunity given to us in its "Introduction to Management Information Systems" course.
**We provided a practical business case, helping students learn and apply RPA (Robotic Process Automation) technology**, to bridge the gap between theory and practice.

Through this collaboration, we had the privilege of sharing real-world process challenges with students,
